Our Electronic Health Record system(EHR), allows not only you and your primary physician, but also all other clinicians involved in your care, such as specialists, therapists, and laboratories secure access to your records.
We specialize in type 1 and type 2 diabetes treatment. This could include managing your blood sugar through diet and exercise, or addressing diabetes-related conditions such as vision loss or nerve damage. And, thanks to our electronic health records system, all of your physicians will be able to stay up-to-date on your treatment plan without the need for you to transfer paperwork or medical records.
